United Faculty of Saint Leo University

Welcome to the webpage of the United Faculty of Saint Leo University. We are a chapter of the United Faculty of Florida (UFF). Our union was founded in 1976 and since that time we have participated in the shared goverance of our university with its administration.

Recently, the school's Board of Trustees has voted to stop recognizing our union as the body representing our faculty's interests at the university. The school claims that they have a vision for a "new shared governance" but have done so without consulting the faculty.

Our union is strong and we are contesting this decision. Would you please consider supporting us in our efforts? Please see more about the support from the education community.

Thank to everyone that has already supported us. Your help gives us a greater voice. We are strong because our faculty stand together and you stand with us. We are not in this alone.
